Wouldn't hesitate to use again!

Buying and selling through Bedfords has been a pleasure at every stage. Every time I called for initial enquiries, everyone I spoke to was lovely (which hasn't always been the case with other agents in Bury!) Always great advice from James and Paul throughout. A big thank you also to Jennie, who kept us updated the whole way through and was so helpful whenever I called with a random question! So pleased I used Bedfords.

Fabulous level of service

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jennifer Catchpole for making our house purchase run smoothly and stress free.
She dealt with the purchase from the start with our offer negotiations and kept in close contact throughout the process.
Jennifer is very easy to talk to and great at keeping us up to date on the progress of the purchase.

First Class Service During Difficult Times

We approached Paul for advice on selling our property after the 1st lock-down, we received an excellent proposal and went straight to market. Viewings were handled by James, who tackled the difficult covid situation with total professionalism and guided several prospective buyers around in our absence within a very short time scale. These viewings lead to a successful offer at full asking price within 10 days. From that point Jennie advised regularly on the position of the sale, liaising with both our buyers solicitor & with the various parties with the property we were purchasing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bedfords in the future, and I'm sure we will be using their services again. Many thanks. Paul & Sue

Friendly, professional and always available

Emmerson was friendly, positive and always available to talk with despite the difficulty of COVID as he dealt with our sale. Paul, Jennie and the rest of the team were very helpful and always available during our subsequent purchase. Definitely the best estate agents we've dealt with and we would thoroughly recommend them.

Professional and responsive
