Exemplary service and great communication from start to finish - hard to better it!

The service we received throughout the selling process was exemplary. Jennie Stammers was in regular contact to update us on progress and was proactive, helpful, courteous and responsive from start to finish. Such professional support gave us great confidence that we had made a great choice of estate agent and we would not hesitate to use their services again!

How to make two Oldies smile once again

To those of you wanting to sell your home look no further.
We used Bedford’s to sell our home at a very tricky time what with the pandemic holding everybody back regarding having people wandering around your home wearing a mask etc.
Well Bedford’s sent very professional people around to make an excellent video, plus a wonderful write up from Bedford’s themselves.
Keeping us on our toes we had their internal staff contact us with all what was happening very rarely us having to ring them.
Our home was sold and completed very smoothly by what we called “our inside lady” she made us feel more than content and this we both felt was a real help being elderly she made us feel part of the whole thing.
Thank you Jennifer you made us feel extra special something I must say being x business people very much appreciated.
Bedford’s long may you reign we feel the service we received you cannot go wrong.

Thoroughly professional and very helpful

We purchased a property listed by Bedfords and right from start to completion Rachel was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept us posted on the progress and answered all queries promptly. Rachel even went the extra mile to hand us the keys on her day off. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic Service

We recently exchanged contracts on a property bought through Bedfords, Rachel was always friendly and very helpful and guided me through the house buying process, nothing was ever too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bedfords.

Fantastic service from start to finish

Can’t speak highly enough about the service we had from Bedfords from the initial chat and advice from Paul about marketing through the constant care and support provided by Jennifer C right up to completion. Thoroughly professional and pleasant all the way through. Levels of customer service are exceptional and we are very pleased that we selected them as our agents. Great firm.

Professional and helpful

We sold and purchased through Bedfords in Bury. We were so pleased with the service we received. Very professional and always kept us upto date with progress. Special mention to Rachel who was very efficient and friendly throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.
