An absolute pleasure

Buying through Bedfords has been an absolute pleasure from start to Finish. Jennie in the Bury St Edmunds office has been truly fantastic and I have been kept well informed and advised the whole way through. No nonsense and very straightforward approach unlike other agents i have used in the past. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. A big thank you to all at the Bury Office.

Great service from Bedfords - thank you

We had really helpful, professional advice from Paul and the marketing was brilliant especially the 360 tour. We love our house and are sad to be leaving after 23 years and so we are keeping a copy of the tour as a memento. Jennie then pro-actively guided the admin side of the sale through and kept the whole chain informed at every stage. Such friendly and professional service. Thank you.

Purchase

I would definitely recommend as the whole process I was constantly kept up to date and from the start Paul Bedford was very professional and worked with me and once we had purchased the property Jennie was constantly kept myself up to date with progress and always was willing to speak with seller to answer any of our questions and was always friendly and very professional and certainly knows her job , thanks to the whole team a great team effort .

Emmerson Dutton

Emmerson Dutton of Bedfords is the gem of all estate agents.
Our home was never going to be an easy one to sell. We chose Emmerson because we felt he understood the house and us.
Nothing was too much trouble, his patience faultless.
He kindly and calmly helped us through every challenge and difficulty with positivity and respect.
He is a wonderful human, a saint and it's been a pleasure to meet him and work with him.
I am thrilled and delighted we chose him to sell our Farmhouse.

Excellent Service

We used Bedfords 23 years ago when we moved to this property and had absolutely no hesitation in using them again. From beginning to end the process was seamless with all staff offering a delightful mix of professionalism and friendliness. We couldn't recommend more strongly.

Exemplary Service

When you decide to move home, one of the first decisions you make is which estate agent to choose. Do you go online or high street, one of the national agents or those who can only be found locally. Fees come into consideration as well. We went through this process and chose Bedfords because of their local knowledge, the way in which they sold their service to us, their online presence and the reasonable fee structure.

We are very pleased we did. The team in Bury St Edmunds is first class and Emmerson was on hand at every stage. A thoroughly professional service from start to finish, which is hard to come by nowadays. A special thank you also go to Jennifer & Peter.

Excellent Professional Service

The quality of the staff and the level of service from Bedfords are both truly exceptional. From the moment I met James Bedford at the start of the process until the day the house sale was completed I received the highest level of support. Especially noteworthy are Rachel Lapworth and Jennifer Catchpole who are professional, friendly, caring and always ready to offer help and advice in whatever way it is needed during the often complex and challenging process of house selling and buying. I recommend them unreservedly.

Above and beyond customer service

From the moment we had the evaluation to the completion of our property, Bedfords were committed and proactive in selling our home! I would highly recommend Bedfords to anyone wishing to sell their home especially if they have failed with other estate agents. Bedfords are transparent and informative every step of the way, which we personally found refreshing. Absolutely no need to look elsewhere!
