In a league of their own

We have rented many properties in London over the years and Courtenay are by far the best letting agent that we have ever dealt with. Matt, Louise and the wider team went above and beyond when we had to move into the property several days earlier due to unfortunate circumstances. They did everything that they could to help us out and they are a credit to the firm. There are many letting agents who could learn a thing or two from Courtenay.

‘I am a small scale private landlord with three properties in the Battersea, Clapham and Balham areas. Since I started investing in property I have always used Courtenay as my letting agent and over the last 12 years they have performed exceptionally. They have never let me down, are always reliable and due to their skill, I have never had any issues with tenants in any of my properties.

I have recommended Courtenay in the past to a friend of mine who now also uses Courtenay as his lettings agent.’

beyond the call of duty to support me through the process

As a first time buyer, it was hugely helpful to have estate agents who have knowledge of the area be involved in the project. Richard, Matt and the team went beyond the call of duty to support me through the process and help me complete my first purchase.

Courtenay Feedback

In terms of feedback I'd like to say that you did a sterling job. You were very friendly when Aidan met us at the property and seemed to know both the tenants and the landlord well, which gave us a lot of confidence. You were very honest, which is also welcome and often lacking among other estate agents.

We came back to you the following day placing an offer for the tenancy, which was gratefully accepted. From then on the process with Courtenays of organising the references, paying the deposit etc was very clear and straightforward.

Great Service

We have been letting our property with Courtenay's now for the past 4 years and they have always been very helpful and efficient. The staff are very attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the property is well looked after and good tenants are found. It is a more personal experience than a larger chain would highly recommend to anyone looking to let their property.

Courtenay

Having just moved to London I found Courtenay were very helpful and efficient at finding a property that suited our needs, and made the signing process very easy for all parties involves. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent a property in the area.

Well done Courtenays

I found the firm to be straight forward with a no nonsense attitude providing realistic and genuine advice rather than the "fluff" that so many agents try and use. I have and will continue to recommend this firm....well done Courtenay's!

such an excellent team

Courtenay's sales, & letting have managed my property for the last 4 years I don't think I would find such an excellent team that could do this I am so grateful to Richard and Sandy à Brassard for there excellent work and the all staff at Courtenay'
