get up and go approach
They are friendly company with know-how and a get up and go approach to providing property advice. They are simply the best you can get - they truly are the new generation of estate agency.

simply you are without question the best
I have used a number of agents in the area, and simply you are without question the best, you actually understand the whole buying and selling - thing- probably because you have been there and done it, so many firms really do not understand the pressure! Thanks.

LISTENED to what we wanted
We certainly enjoyed the friendliness a lot and we felt taken serious in our needs. You LISTENED to what we wanted and were willing to go beyond the expected by showing us a flat after his working hours on short notice and then putting in the calls to seal the deal straight away rather than letting us wait. I loved he showed us flats actually in our budget (rather than 3 steps up and then making us feel bad about not wanting to pay that as has been done by other agents) We liked the honesty and felt at ease with him. You were all really good and easy to work with. It has been a pleasurable experience. The only constructive point would have been to get the contracts sent through quicker. Other than that- perfect. I would definitely go to you first next time we needed a flat (rent or indeed buy-which is the plan).

thoroughly recommend them.
Courtenay were really helpful when we were looking for a flat. Their staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the properties we went to see and seemed to genuinely have our best interests at heart. I would thoroughly recommend them.
