Impressive service

I have dealt with Aidan for a number of years and having just got new tenants into the property, once again he has gone out of his way to make sure the transition was painless for all parties concerned. Slick, efficient and honestly provides a level of professionalism I haven't seen in the industry for many years.

Excellent

Richard at Courtenay sold our house for us in Kingsley Street. Throughout the whole process he was incredibly helpful and professional. He went out of his way to help the deal go through and sort out any problems. We were incredibly impressed and also grateful.
Sandy at Courtenay was in charge of renting this house out for a few years before we sold it and was absolutely great - we had a few tenants in and each time the house was rented out within a matter of days.

Excellent and efficient service

Aidan and Suze have made our latest move as simple as possible. Everything has been handled professionally and quickly. The team clearly understand how stressful it can be to move home and they've really helped by responding to our messages quickly and offering us help at every step of the way.

We've worked with lots of estate agents before but have been so impressed
by your team.

Great hard working team!

Courtenay were the letting agents for the property we moved into in Battersea/Clapham Junction. First off they were very accommodating with viewing times, and even after we'd secured the property Aidan was willing to show us round one more time, even though it was of no benefit to them. Additionally, they were very organised and responsive throughout the referencing and contract process. Lastly, on the day of moving in, we had issues with our keys. Aidan went out of his way to help us out even though they did not manage the property! All in all a very good experience renting through Courtenay. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to other people.

Best agency I've experienced

The process from start to finish has been seamless, staff were so prompt in replying to emails or calls and always gave a very professional service. I would definitely recommend as they have been by far the best agency I have used

Friendly and caring service

Thanks a lot for helping us move into our new apartment.
While we were hesitating the agent Aiden kindly showed us the property for the second time, highlighting fairly all advantages and disadvantages of the flat we were interested in.
The process of fulfilling all the docs etc was smooth, though we were not the easiest customer;)
Would definitely recommend!
