Brilliant Communication and Guidance

Aidan and the team at Courtenay provided brilliant communication throughout the process of letting a flat. From viewing to signing, the process was smooth and very professional. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent team always at your service

I have been with Courtenay's for 9 years they have helped me in every department and guided me through my rental and always helped me in legal matters and the service and the professional of all the team is excellent. They are like family. I wouldn't use any other agent. I would like to thank the whole team for the excellent work they do. I would highly recommend anybody who is in property to check this agent before going to anyone.

You’re not just a client to Courtenays

Courtenays have assisted me for two years now with the letting of my flat in Streatham. I couldn’t ask for more professional or personal service from a Lettings agent. Aidan is extremely proactive and more often than not has already dealt with any issues before you hear of them. Thank you Aidan and Courtenays!

I have been very happy with our experience of Courtenay so far. Aidan has been particularly helpful, communicative and professional, both in showing us the flat and being a point of contact for occasional issues now we've moved in. We also dealt briefly with Suze for admin type tasks when we were in the process of securing the flat and paying deposits etc, and she was very professional and quick to reply to emails.

My only negative is that sometimes there is a delay in replying to emails we send, but I appreciate that this is probably because staff are busy and we always do receive a reply in the end. Also, it was noted at check in that our flat had not been professionally cleaned before we moved in, but I believe this was negotiated by the previous tenants, and means that if we choose to vacate the property at the end of our contract we can also clean it to the standard it was when we moved in (which was still very clean!! Just a couple of areas had been missed).

Overall I am very happy with Courtenay. We found that they charged us lower fees than many other estate agents (both inside and outside London), and have also been easy to contact and happy to sort out any problems. It's really great to find a good agency like this that you would recommend when there are so many bad ones out there!! :)
