Extremely proactive

Courtenay will look after you not only if you're the client but also the tenant which is very hard to find nowadays. Richard and Sandy make it their business to keep all parties happy and maintain their commercial relationships to the highest standard, one can tell it's a very lovingly run family Company. Their management service is also impeccable and impressively efficient, Kate is a superstar.

Quality

I have known Richard for many years and have worked with Courtenay's for several of those years. I find them open, honest and with advice that is second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for all Estate Agency work.

Exceeded my expectations

I chose Courtenay's over the larger, high street chains as I was impressed by their local market knowledge and integrity, plus I didn't want my flat to 'get lost' or overlooked amongst the rest of their properties. Whilst my flat was not the most straightforward to let, they stuck with it and their enthusiasm and determination did not waver throughout the process. I always knew when I rang that the phone would be answered by someone familiar with me and my property.

Courtenay can help your property dream come true

Thanks to Courtenays, especially with the help of Aiden Naude, we were able to buy our dream flat at an affordable price in a very sought-after building. Throughout the buying process we were impressed with the professionalism and quality of the staff.
Aidan was true to his word in all of our dealings, keeping us in touch and informed while doing his best to make our purchase happen. Complications can sometimes arise in property transactions and Aidan was able to clarify issues and keep things moving to a positive outcome for all, including the vendor.

approachable and responsive right from the start

As a first time buyer I entered new territory when purchasing a flat and I have to say, that Courtenay, particularly Matt, were approachable and responsive right from the start. They have been very helpful throughout the process and also pushed the vendor when information was needed for my solicitor. All the questions were answered comprehensively and quickly. In the end, we were able to complete to everybody’s satisfaction within the requested time.

Extremely helpful for first-time renters

As this was our first time renting in London, we did not quite know what to expect. Unlike other estate agents, Courtenay clearly explained how the London market operates and the process of renting, instead of pressuring us into a hasty decision. From our first viewing at the flat through to getting the keys and after, all of our questions were promptly answered. Courtenay will be our first choice in the future!

Great - helpful and professional

Courtenay were excellent - they were friendly and helpful in getting us a quick viewing and signing for our property, they aided us throughout the process and were able to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend their services.
