Great facilities and instructors

It was our first time at The Snow Centre and I was so impressed with the great spaces, instructors and staff very friendly and helpful, from the booking up to the lesson. It was great to have a very comfortable area to see my son while he was on the lesson. I highly recommend it!
Thanks Kathy and Zac. Zac was very good and guided my son at every single part of the lesson, he felt really supported.

Brilliant

Absolutely brilliant session with Richard and Ethan. They put my daughter at ease immediately. She had a fantastic time and did so much more in the first session than we ever expected. She wants to go back for more which says it all! Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Richard is professional and experienced, my son enjoys his lesson. The admin Kathy is also of great help and answers all questions swiftly. I am delighted with the experience.

Excellent team

My son had his first ski session with Dino and truly enjoyed it. The Snowbility team is so efficient, they listen and try to get you the best service. I was really happy to see my son immediately connected with his coach and had fun

Really great experience

This was Edwards first ever ski lesson and we were unsure how it would go
Helped by Richard, Edward did amazingly well and we were really happy we had decided to give it a go
We have booked more lessons since as it really is a great set up and a great opportunity for him to try to learn to ski in such a supportive environment

Amazing SEN lessons

My two children have had x2 one to one ski lessons so far. All the instructors have been very professional, friendly, patient and understanding of both their individual needs. The lessons run very smoothly and there is a great restaurant and viewing platform to watch them from so we all have a very enjoyable experience and look forward to their lessons which we have booked every other week. I have already recommended you to family and friends - Thank you!

Amazing support and teaching!

Wow! Such an amazing day, Rowan went from complete beginner to going down the main slope in 2 hours and is very proud of himself! His sister and I even had the opportunity to join him. Looking forward to the next sessions.

Exceptional experience

Our two children have had three lessons now with a combination of instructors but mainly Richard and Ethan.
Our Son has ASD/ADHD and Tourettes (physical ticks) and our Daughter ADHD. Richard, Ethan and all of the instructors we have met have been nothing but incredibly capable and understanding of dealing with the complex needs of our children. They enjoyed the lessons very much and were always enthusiastic about returning.
The level of expertise doesn't just stop in the Hemel Snow Centre either.
We have just returned from a ski holiday recommended by Richard in the Sierra Nevada, Spain which was again exceptional with the recommended instructors perfect for our children.
I cannot recommend highly enough.
