Who was your Instructor?: Chris & Ben
Amazing
I can highly recommend snowbility !!! It was a birthday treat for my 13 year old daughter!!! The whole process from booking to the instructors being patient was 5*!!! My daughters loved their first session, and now want to attend regularly sessions. Chris and Ben were the most kind, helpful, patient instructors.

Fantastic
Fantastic!! If we could give Al more star rating we would. It was my little boys first go at skiing and he thought it was great. Thank you.

Who was your Instructor?: Michael
One of the best !
Michael is a fantastic Snowboarding Instructor. He was able to breakdown the elements of Snowboarding into bite size chunks, removing any anxiety felt. His passion for the sport shone through in his teaching and you can do it attitude. Very patient and insightful ensuring he was close enough to prevent and falling but giving enough freedom to offer independence. Thank you Michael, cant wait for the next lesson :-)

Great start!
Richard is a fantastic instructor and was very understanding with our son Jimmie. We are looking forward to him having more lessons with Richard and progressing.

Outstanding lessons and communication
I can't thank the Snowbility team enough for their fantastic support. We were offered skiing lessons just before lockdown, my children were so excited. A year later when they opened up Hemel Hempstead again they kept their promise and delivered skiing lessons to my children. Al Gordon was fantastic with my boys, so caring and he just got them within minutes of the first session.
I felt my children were so safe in his hands every lesson.
The communication from the start via Kathy was unbelievable so quick to respond and so helpful to put things into place so quickly.
The work you do is amazing and hopefully one day we will see you soon
This was a much needed treat for my boys so thank you everyone at Snowbility for all of your hard work

Great fun
My daughter is hypermobile and needed some specialist tuition and Al from Snowmobility really helped my daughter with her confidence and looking forward to future lessons.

Fantastic Experience!
My children enjoyed this skiing session.
The booking was straightforward amidst the pandemic season. The staff were helpful answering our questions.
The coach Richard was very enthusiastic. He explained patiently the steps to learn this activity including help with fitting the equipment. He made the training session engaging and inspiring. He also gave the challenges and was very encouraging. This was an awesome experience being trained by skilled professionals.
Coach Lesley was also very good, she gave clear and easy to understand instructions. As you progress, she gradually added new challenges that were fun but would also improve your skiing abilities. She always made sure that you were having a good time, which my child always was.

They really worked well with my autistic son.
It’s early days, but my son’s first lesson went very well. He has severe learning difficulties and autism but the instructor understood his needs and worked well with him. I was watching from the viewing area with a big smile!

Fantastic!
This is what making memories is all about! Al our instructor was outstanding, really friendly, patient (with mum!) and spot on coaching to help the girls reach new heights! These type of people show you that no matter what your disability may be, nothing is impossible. We can’t wait for our next lesson!

My son had his first ski lesson with Al last week and had a fantastic time, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to book him again. Thank you
