a really good estate agency

It was and is a good experience, never experienced problems with them up to this moment. Helpful at the beginning with all the papers and references.

Great local knowledge

Aston Rowe have been our letting agents for the last year and have held our hand at, what is for us a first time experience. Their advice has been invaluable and is always done without seeming pushy(unlike other estate agents). All of their staff are friendly and don't appear cliched.
The guys at Aston Rowe have a real feel for the local area and it helps that they are building up links with local businesses and the local community.

Great team, easy to work with

I was letting a 5 bed house in Acton and was very nervous about renting it out - but the guys were very professional and Eddy was very helpful and closed out all the paperwork bang on time. The house has been rented for over a year now with no issues and I look forward to renewing with the Aston Rowe team in the near future.

highly recommended

Sensible initial discussion, realistic pricing advice and got stuck in quickly although took eye off the ball a little once offer in and should have been more proactive at this point, but got things back on track.
Everyone in the office is friendly and happy to help. Felt they were working hard to dispel the negative estate agent image.

Thoroughly recommend

Everyone that I dealt with at Aston Rowe was knowledgable and likeable, and I felt that they were all working tirelessly to get us a great result. Harry was fantastic - I'm actually going to miss him now that we've sold! A word for the photographer too - he really did make the flat look amazing.

A great result!

The Aston Rowe team got us a rental income well in excess of that advised by all other agents and we have good quality tenants. We have been very pleased with the efforts of the team.
