Excellent management team

Efficient and excellent communicators. We are tenants of a house managed by Aston Rowe, we've been here for 2 years and have had various problems that have needed attending too. Phone calls returned promptly, emails responded to in depth and contacted in advance when contractors were coming around. Our most resent problem was a issue with the heating and it was sorted by the time we came home from work, I was dreading a cold shower. We had a terrible managing agent at our last property so I felt obliged to thank the team at Aston Rowe with a positive review.. Thanks Jen

A pleasure to deal with and refer to others

***** I've used Aston Rowe for 4 years, they came via a referral from a business network I belong to, commended for their hard-work and thorough referencing. They now let out all my properties out in Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith and have just sold a development for my sister. I've been extremely impressed with their professionalism and will continue to refers others to use their services. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic personalised service

5 paws. We have sold a few houses over the years and had a very good understanding of what we could expect from an estate agent. What we didn't expect, was the personalised service we got from Harry and his team. Fantastic communicators, well organised viewings, regular feedback and we were continually keep up to date once our house was under offer. They will be the only agent I'll be calling in next time I decide to sell. Well done guys.

Our favourite estate agents!

We have bought 2 investment properties through Aston Rowe recently. Harry Hammond in sales has been great from the start to the end of the sales process - friendly, efficient, enthusiastic and full of integrity. Billy Rowe has been quick to turn around the appropriate paperwork for us and our solicitors to ensure a speedy completion.

The lettings team has been fantastic too - working together as a team to secure a good tenant for us. The feedback they give after each viewing is timely and useful, and whoever picks up the phone when you ring is helpful and efficient.

Great sales and lettings teams, would recommend both.

Extremely proffesional

Extremely professional staff. Very friendly and pro-active on the sale of our property. Can't recommend highly enough. A special big thanks to Harry and Lauren who pulled out all the stops. They work tirelessly well into the night........A very happy seller. Thank you.

Am I happy?

Normally I hate using agents. I gave up on them for finding jobs. They are usually useless and now they're everywhere, like traffic wardens. With property I would have used a dodgy website to sell and was content to do so. Before I jumped into this I thought I should eat a kebab first, get into the spirit of the local community. The chef(yes they have chefs in W3 kebab shops) took so long finding the sheep I ended up in a big bright and blue space across the street, which happened to be the establishment of AR. Occupied by what I thought was a band of brothers, I met up with the equally bright and breezy Mr Harry. Chat led to a val on my flat and since then he has ruined my peaceful life and propelled me into the high flying life of Acton property. Credit where it's due he did get me more than I expected for our property. The downside is that I have to find more furniture for our new pad. I can't complain. I could still be toying with using a dodgy website. Genuinely AR have been genuine and saved me from the jaws of the high Street.

Responsive

I never give anyone 5 out of 5. I dealt with Luke mostly who was prompt, efficient and flexible. Good, realistic advice. A range of tenants were proposed for my let as I was unsure what my best option was. Any niggles were sorted quickly and to my satisfaction and I am picky.

Great Service

We recently sold our property and have to say that I can't speak highly enough of the team throughout the process. The knowledge and professionalism throughout the process was fantastic. I would have no hesitation recommending these guys to any potential seller.

Fast and Effective Service

Our property is for professional students who are studying Master and PHD at the Universities in London. We had a problem with finding a good property for our students. Aston Rowe solved it as fast as possible. We highly recommend this agency to anyone who seeks quality and comfort.

Very Proactive and efficient

I recently let my flat via Aston Rowe, they were very enthusiastic, helpful and efficient and within a short period of time secured me a tenant. They have a great system of giving feedback on viewings and always respond promptly to enquiries. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
