Very accommodating!

Aston Rowe turned my apartment nightmare into a seemingly easy experience. I appreciate the staff's being extremely accommodating to my schedule and for helping me find an amazing place to live. BIG thanks to Sean. Kudos.

Overall, a good experience

Aston Rowe helped us find a flat that exactly matched our specifications, and despite our fairly narrow time frame, were able to get the paper work sorted so that we could move in when we wanted.

The only downside was that a fair amount of the light bulbs weren't working when we got to move in to the property, and it needed a slight bit of maintenance. That being said, they've been helpful in getting those problems sorted since.

Good service

I just wanted to feedback that the service I have received from Danuta and your sales team was very good. Credit check and documentation forwarded was sent swiftly and tenant payment is flexible. Particularly at the beginning of the tenancy when alternate payments were allowed so I received some money at the beginning of the tenancy. Thank you!

Superb service in every respect.

I have dealt with Danuta Laskowska in the accounts department. My queries have always been addressed and resolved with lightning speed. She truly is a credit to your organisation and complements the highly efficient and motivated lettings team, with whom I have had a fantastic working relationship for a number of years.

Thank you all for everything that you do in making the whole process of letting my properties, so smooth and mutually rewarding. I have, and will certainly continue, to recommend your services to my colleagues and associates.

Highly professional service

Thank you, Shanice, for being so organised, professional and helpful in sorting out all the paperwork for letting our flat. And thank you to your colleagues for finding us suitable new tenants well ahead of time. The whole lettings team has been very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aston Rowe.

Lauren was great

As soon as Lauren came to value our property for rental we knew she was the right person to find us tenants. Within about a week Lauren had three great tenants for us at the asking price.

Excellent customer service

Aston Rowe are excellent property agents. I recently needed some help with my rent transfer and Danuta Laskowska from the property accounts team contacted me immediately when she spotted an error and took initiative to sort everything out. Really helpful. Thanks!

Impeccable service - 10 out of 10

I found the team at Aston Rowe a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Luke Simpson was enormously helpful and knowledgeable and provided a superior service. Jayson Wicks was responsible for finding tenants, which he did incredibly quickly. He kept me informed throughout the process and I couldn’t fault him. Very impressed and would highly recommend Aston Rowe. Huge thank you to all the team.
