Very Good Experience

Selling a home is a stressful event, however I found Prickett and Ellis helped to make the process easier and pleasant. The whole team were great, however Serge was extremely professional, kind and helpful. He coordinated viewings and gave feedback regularly. I would highly recommend these estate agents at the East Finchley office.

Thoroughly Recommend

After failing to sell using an on-line estate agent, whom would only allow viewings at times to suit them, I turned to Prickett and Ellis to help my elderly parents sell their home. I am so glad that I chose Prickett and Ellis. I cannot speak highly enough of Serge and Amanda whom provided a wonderful service and through getting us many viewings enabled us to get the best price in a tough market. My parents were reassured and relieved to be able to pop into the office and actually have someone to talk to, rather than a useless internet based service that achieved only 2 viewings in 4 months. I would absolutely recommend Prickett and Ellis, especially in the current market where you need professionals working hard to secure a sale.

Serge and colleagues looked after the sale of property in Ingram Road N2 for my sister and I found them to be professional, responsive and helpful in all my dealings with them.
Serge kept me up to speed with offers (and the likelihood they would come to fruition) and picked up on shoddy workmanship carried out on behalf of insurers in time for me to get it put right. They all kept in good humour throughout.

Always Helpful and Professional

Selling my home has been a pleasure thanks to Amanda and Serge. Amanda set a realistic price and a sale was agreed within three months.
Communication has been excellent throughout.

Perfect Service. On the Ball

The East Finchley branch were brilliant. It pays to go with an agent with staff that have been working there for years.The advice you get is honest and straight. They handle their clients with care and give a professional service. If I had more flats to sell I would use them without any hesitation.

Perfect start to finish...

Have just used Prickett & Ellis to sell the same flat we bought through them 4 years ago, and the service we received from Eleanor, Amanda and Serge was every bit as good as before. Professional, courteous, but above all excellent communication at every stage - this really makes a huge difference when going through the stress of buying or selling. Would recommend Prickett & Ellis without hesitation.

Highly Recommended

The team provided an excellent service, from correctly marketing the property, professional screened viewings and attention to detail throughout the process. They kept in contact throughout the process so we knew what was happening and proactively suggested marketing strategies to promote our property. This is an excellent, professional agency and I would highly recommend Serge and the team!

Great Agents

It was a long and winding road selling our property in Elmshurst Crescent, made even more difficult as I was in USA, Pricket & Ellis maintained a very professional approach and kept me informed at all times, and at the end of the day we had a successful sale :)

Professional and friendly
