Thoroughly recommend!

Amanda and her team helped me sell my house in East Finchley and worked really hard to help me out in all areas and explain everything thoroughly. If I were to move again I would definitely use them again they were great, followed up with feedback and were 100% attentive.

A totally different experience

We've had such mixed experiences when trying to buy - from the good to the utterly appalling. Prickett and Ellis East Finchley are a class above. We are really delighted to have bought through them and can't recommend them highly enough.

Personal and Friendly

A really excellent level of service. The team in this office really dispel the negative connotations about the estate agent industry.

I found the service to have a genuinely personal touch, something I didn't get with the big high street chain agencies, or the online only services.

A professional and friendly office, you feel like Amanda and Eleanor are with you all the way. They were instrumental in finding our buyer and did a great job managing the buyer comms before exchange.

Personal service delivered with great professionalism

We have been dealing with P&E’s East Finchley office since July 2015 and have had nothing but professional service, delivered in a very personalised way. Amanda Walker, Eleanor Coleman and Serge Weinberger provided us with unflagging support over 17 months, both in the sale of our old house in N10 and the purchase of our new house in N2. We were awkward clients because we had our hearts set on just one house and the sale of our old house fell through a few times for reasons that could not have been foreseen. The team knows the local area very well, is never too busy to talk, and always dealt with us in a reassuringly straightforward way. We highly recommend this office and all the individual agents based there.

First Class Service

We would like to say that it was great working with the team on the sale of our house. The team’s professionalism, patience, commitment, and understanding helped us to move on at a time when the market was very difficult and turbulent. Through your diligence, professional ethos and approach you got us the sale that enabled us to start our new lives in pastures new. Highly Recommend

Working with Prickett & Ellis on the purchase of my new home was such a pleasant experience. Eleanor, Amanda and the rest of the team facilitated viewings, the offer, dealings with the vendors’ solicitors and the final sale professionally at every turn. I would like to thank all the staff at the East Finchley branch of Prickett & Ellis for the way they conducted the sale of my house. They were always available for any questions I had, they brought prospective buyers round and were enthusiastic without going overboard and followed through to completion dealing efficiently with solicitors, surveyors and of course me, the seller. Thank you all.
