Outstanding service provided selling four properties!

Paul and his team provided a comprehensive and professional service throughout the planning, renovation and marketing of our project which resulted in the successful sale of all four properties. The contribution provided by Paul and his team was invaluable in shaping the project which resulted in the grade two listed former police station being converted into such lovely and desirable homes. The sales support and follow through was second to none. I would certainly recommend Bedfords as a preferred agent to use in the area and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Effective and professional

Totally effective and professional service from start to finish. Responsive staff, thorough email correspondence, all effortless really, plus good relationships with our developer (new build) which itself was a very responsive firm and thus we moved in on time.

The Very Best Estate Agents we have Ever Used

This was an unusual sale which needed enthusiasm, realism and vision. It also needed the ability to be crew to a Captain going through stormy waters. We are pleased to say that James, Emmerson and the WHOLE team at Bedfords looked after us with tact and incredible professionalism and made us feel as though they were on the journey with us. This firm deserves it's gold star reputation. We want to thank them all. We would unhesitatingly recommend Bedfords to anyone in the future.

Bedfords are an efficient and helpful company

Bedfords not only helped us purchase this property, but sell it again 5 years later. Their experience of similar properties meant they were able to support us, as clients, outside of the normal scope of work.

Professional service, good experience

From the first contact to completion, I found Emmerson and Rachel very professional and supportive. Not living locally myself, meant Bedfords handled all 30 viewings, and managed to attract several offers over the asking price. Solid advice on the best offer to take meant the sale proceeded quickly and smoothly, with good communication throughout. Impressed with the quality of the online content (Rightmove etc) too, which really presented the property at its best.

Thoroughly professional - very nice to deal with

Although we dealt primarily with Jennifer C during the sale, everyone of the staff were unfailingly helpful and pleasant. We have no hesitation in recommending Bedfords if you care about quality and a great result.

I was recently working with Jennie in a particularly difficult chain with other agents that weren't so helpful. Jennie at the Bury branch was always on top of progression, happy to help in any way and always thought outside of the box of how to overcome obstacles that we faced. I couldn't recommend Jennie enough and I hope to be involved in a chain with her again very soon.
