David and team provided an excellent service selling our late mum's flat. They had a friendly approach, always happy to help and quick to respond to queries giving advice as needed and facilitating work to be done on the property pre-sale. We would definitely recommend them to others and use them again. Thank you to all the team.

I was so pleased that I went with Shepherds in Hertford to help us with the marketing of my late father’s house. They were so helpful and considerate, and always on the end of the phone, when I had a query. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Shepherds.

Excellent efficient service

I bought the house I have just sold with Shepherds 13 years ago. I went with them as the service I received all those years ago was first class. I am pleased to say that the journey this time was even better from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this estate agent.

Shepherds

Can’t fault the impeccable service I have received from shepherds estate agency. Nothing has been too much trouble.
Kind courteous and patient.
I even received a goodie box when I went to pick up the keys.
How thoughtful especially the picture hooks/strips.👍
