After a bad day of cancelled and dissapointing viewings, I poped in a Green&Co branch to ask about a flat shown in the window. The agent showed it to me immediately. After 10 minutes, Lee Goodchild called me and suggested we saw some flats in West Hampstead. It was Saturday 4pm and he found 3 flats, all of the meeting all my criteria. He didn't mind the late time of the day, drove us around the area, showing us the flats and also the neighbourhood, stations and parks. He was very informative, helpful and we are so glad we have found West Hampstead which we hadn't thought of before.
