Although we did not manage to find a property through Greene and Co. the service that we received from Alexandra was incentive enough for me to write this review.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge and preparedness to go the extra mile (and a half) is not to be underestimated. In addition to this her friendly demeanour and ability to put customers at ease is second to none.
I cannot speak for the agency as a whole but if you are looking to rent a property in the West Hampstead area I could not recommend her more highly.

Thanks Alexandra our only disappointment is that we did not find a place through you.

Looking for a place to rent can be very stressful and tenants may often rely on the agents they come across. I feel that we have been very lucky to come across Mitchell. Even though we did not secure a property with the agency, we have remained very satisfied with the service provided by the above employee. He has been extremely helpful; he has quickly understood what we had been looking for and has shown us properties tailored to our needs. In general, Mitchell showed a high level of professionalism.
We would definitely recommend him to the people we know and we would be happy to see properties with him in case we will need to let another property in the future

Mitch was very knowledgeable and seemed to understand our needs almost empathically. I liked his personable and down to earth approach and felt as if I had made a friend as well as a contact in the estate agents industry that I will return to as first contact for all future needs. Though I found my flat with another agent, it was because of Mitch that contact to this other agent was made. I feel quite grateful to have stumbled into this fine gentlemans company.
