Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. Viewings arranged a week in advance with West Hampstead, cancelled the evening before (after 6pm) because the agent "hadn't gotten around to arranging them" - direct quote. Other viewings confirmed with their Belsize Park office, called in the morning to find out that a) the agent wasn't in b) the flat wasn't available to view. No call from them to let me know.

Tried to call complaints line on the website, number out of order. It's taken me since the 8th of Feb to get this review posted!

A total waste of time.
