I was impressed that before potential buyers were introduced, all the agents visited the property and spoke to me as the seller to find out about the house and to be able to talk about it in the office if someone enquired. My particular transaction took longer than expected to exchange and it was difficult for me personally at the time. However, the agents kept me informed and did their best to make a very difficult situation more manageable. Very professional and all agents dress well and all deserve to be recognised for their efforts
