Having tried over the last 3 years to sell my property i found that the two agents I finally used were the best,of which Greene&Co were the successful agency. They showed a good level of enthusiasm,understanding and professionalism in trying to get the best result ,both in the number of viewings they achieved and the desire to achieve a good sale for me. Overall very satisfied with the service from Greene&Co in Crouch End.

We had used two other agents, one local and another online, and both had failed to get us a offer. Within five days of being on the market with Greene & Co we had an offer and a few days later it was accepted.
They were also extremely professional and helpful with the sales process as we had a difficult buyer. Would recommend.

I found the service and professionalism I received when I bought my home through Greene & Co. Crouch End so good that they were the obvious choice when it came time to sell too. I would be happy to recommend the Crouch End branch to anyone looking for an agency to handle their North London sale. Special mention to Yehya Sheikh who managed our sale from the beginning and was always on hand throughout the process to expertly advise and guide us.

The help and advice we had from Summer and the team at Greene & Co was invaluable. Our property was marketed very well, we were kept informed throughout at every stage. We had a less than helpful solicitor but thankfully we had all the advise and help we needed and felt comfortable seeking their help at each stage even though we didn’t use one of their solicitors! A huge thank you to “Cheryl” for being tenacious when we were struggling. I would recommend Greene & Co in a heartbeat. They are truly genuine, true to their word and do the very best for their clients. Thank you all

The initial presentation was excellent although I feel in retrospect that the property value was underestimated. We requested that it be put on the market at a higher price than suggested and it sold within a week for £7000 over our asking price.
The brochure was produced very quickly and to an excellent standard. We were kept informed of viewings and offers regularly. The team were very personable and were of course anxious to complete before the Christmas break, once a sale had been agreed. However, when there was a problem over some of the adjustments which looked as though it may delay exchange, a less sympathetic attitude was evident with the implication that because I had received an above asking price offer I should not pursue nearly £1000 of adjustment legally due from the purchaser as it may delay exchange. As it happened the problem was resolved in time to exchange before Chistmas
I am writing this review before settlement has been finalised and it hasn't been a smooth path from exchange to settlement but I am optimistic that all will be well.
In summary, I have been generally impressed by the efficiency of the office and the speed of the transaction and would recommend Greene & Co should the occasion arise.

A steady four stars, on the grounds that there is always room for improvement, but overall the service was good.

I would have preferred a single main contact, for simplicity and that was the cause of one or two minor frustrations, early in the process. But once we had our buyer, James emerged as the sole contact. He was conscientious and knowledgeable and continued to be of help throughout the conveyancing period.

My wife and I thought the original valuation a little optimistic and we were happy to authorize an early reduction and then to accept what we considered a perfectly reasonable offer, somewhere below that.

In short, we found Greene & Co. pleasant agreeable and efficient. And they got the job done.

I have used Greene and Co in Crouch End for the sale of 2 properties. I have found them to be excellent, great customer service, accurate market evaluations and then good follow up once the sale was underway. I am very pleased with Summer and her team, I would highly recommend them.

I fully recommend Greene & Co Crouch End. They were my preferred agent when I decided to sell my property, based on my positive views of them when I was property-hunting as a buyer some years ago.
I spoke to three agents about selling my property and they were the most impressive in terms of the marketing plan. They also moved very quickly to obtain photos, floorplan etc to get me to market. And they found a buyer within two days!
Then they worked diligently to secure a buyer formy buyer, complete the chain and keep the chain.
Having heard so many horror stories, I can easily say my sale was smooth sailing.
