I want to thankyou Leon for selling our home in Crouchend for a price I thought would be difficult to pull off. At every point of the sale you were on top of it, from listening closely and acting on my niggly requests regarding specific little changes to the brochure, to being an email or call away if I had any questions which needed answering as well as updating me when anything happened. The respectful way you dealt with our tenants and your general no fuss air made what statistically is one of the most stressful moments in life feel like a walk in the park. I understand how many properties go through an agency each year in London but despite this you made us feel like we were your only client.
The exchange and close were dependent on many tricky factors, which meant much juggling, patience, diplomacy and ultimately all parties I believe came away extremely happy. If that wasn't enough, the eventual sale price smashed through local records, raising the bar for future sellers in the area all of whom I imagine will use Green and Co and your good self as their agent.
