I've lived in Maida Vale/Little Venice for many years and was looking to downsize, so was on the lists of almost all the local agents. I eventually found a flat to purchase that George K showed me. George always made a point of ringing me personally to enquire about my search or when he had a property to suggest. Because he actually listened to my requirements and priorities, no time was wasted with unsuitable possibilities. His local and professional knowledge were of immense value. Throughout the time leading up to exchange he remained in constant contact with updates and dealt with possible obstacles in an upfront and honest manner, including liaising with solicitors. When I eventually had to renege on the purchase he remained calm, professional and supportive which I'm positive was appreciated as much if not more by the vendor as by me. I've worked with many agents in the past but George stands firmly in place as one of the best.
