My husband and I have just today received the keys for the first flat we’ve ever owned together, and I can confidently say we could not have done this without George Kyriacou at Greene and Co. He must be the best agent in the world! He is calm, professional, a great communicator, very helpful and empathetic, and his involvement made the entire process from viewing to completion so much nicer and smoother than we imagined it would be. We will definitely be using Greene and Co to sell or rent out our place whenever we decide to in the future. Also a big thank you to the team, Steve and Cheryl especially, who have been very kind and helpful. Thank you Greene and Co, from our experience of living in Maida Vale for the last four years (this meant meeting lots of agents), you are simply the best agents around!

Maleeha Mir, the sales negotiator that i was blessed with, single handedly from start to signing the contract for my new home, assisted me with great suave and professionalism. I have met many Sales people before and for the first time, i felt like i was genuinely being treated as a human being rather than a race horse waiting on a higher offer for commission. I have been looking for a property for some time now, and I can categorically say that Ryan is one of the most professional and competent and professional agent I have ever come across. Not only he was able to understand exactly what I am looking for but he was able to propose properties that I would not have considered in the past that changed my perspective and made me realise the kind of property that I would like to own and live in. He also extremely polite and made sure he followed up even when I became extremely busy and was not responsive at all.


Finally, Ryan went the extra mile to send me a big email with all the properties the fit my requirements and I will be arranging multiple viewings with him over the following weeks.


I don't normally respond to reviews but Ryan is an exceptional agent, and I thought that it would be great to pass this feedback.
