More guidance on the timeline from offering to completion, as per the seller's expectations, would be helpful as the agent's were in touch with the seller directly and this is something that we would have liked to have information on.

Also there were miscommunication in getting access to the property for our various surveyors however this was resolved quickly.

Overall, we are happy with the process with Greene & Co's involvement, and we found that they were the least pushy of all the agents we have seen and this is a breathe of fresh air.
