James was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new house. He was very professional, had excellent knowledge of the market and guided us through the whole process very efficiently.

He knew we had a tight deadline in terms of moving before a certain date and he worked accordingly.

He was very easy to get hold of which was a bonus - he would return calls at all hours including on a Sunday evening.

I would definitely recommend him for future clients.

I have been really pleased with the service provided by James Lee in helping us find a flat in West Hampstead.

I have always found James responsive, helpful in trying to find flats that might suit our criteria and also in resolving outstanding points on the transaction and post transaction. Above all, I think James has a very good manner. He is affable, genuine and therefore a nice person to deal with, which is not always the case and I have met a lot of agents in the last couple of years. He is the sort of person I would want to sell my house

Since then she has been nothing but amazing, always answering all my requests, always coming up with positive solutions to problems, up until the after sales, assisting me with the few hurdles moving in to the flat.
