As a first time buyer, I had to deal with a substantial amount of stress while going through the process of purchasing my West Hampstead flat. From our first call, Bonnie Pooley (Greene&co West Hampstead) reassured me that she would do everything in her power to speed up the process and liaise with all parties involved to take the pressure off me. Not only she has delivered on her promise, but she has also never failed to come back to my enquiries and kept me up to date with the progress of my case in a very accurate and professional manner.
