All the staff at G/L were extremely helpful, friendly, and could not do enough to help our potential sale go through, especially Steve, who went over and above. I would suggest anyone looking to buy or sell, to look no further, than the Pulborough branch.

Very professional and personal attention

Alex was outstanding in his diligence and constant attention to dealing with the various difficulties that arose with our transactions.If we had used GL in the first place we would probably have achieved a better price for Spiro.
Cobbetts was a frustrating purchase but we are very pleased with this house now.

Clear and helpful service

We have just moved into a house which was marketed through GL at Pulborough and we were supported throughout by Steve Maslin. Steve was straightforward, clear and helpful and was easy to contact to answer queries and help move the process along. Communication is key to reducing anxiety and Steve's openness and friendly manner certainly alleviated some of the stress which comes with house sale and purchase.

Exceeded our expectations

All the staff we dealt with at the Pulborough office were excellent; helpful, courteous, efficient and professional in their efforts to effect an early sale for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve especially, but also Anna and Alec, who achieved for us a quick sale that exceeded our expectations. Well done!

Excellent Service

Selling a property can be a very stressful process but Alex went the extra mile by offering support and advice throughout by dealing with negotiations and issues promptly and professionally. My husband and I felt very confident that we were in a very safe and capable 'pair of hands'.

The staff and manager Steve at Guy Leonard in Pulborough are very professional, offer quality advice, are client focussed and are exceptionally friendly too. All in all, the best estate agency we have ever used.

Very active and helpful

Once we had found the property we wanted - having looked at several no-hopers, Steve did everything he could to get the sale through - mainly dealing directly with very difficult and unhelpful solicitors on both sides. He chased things they should have been chasing, kept in touch regularly and pushed for progress when there seemed to be none. None of this was the agents job but the seller wouldn't have sold and we wouldn't have bought if we'd left it to the lawyers.
