Terrific from start to finish

The valuation was correct on my property. I was given a higher one from a competing estate agent but I knew it was just to 'hook me in'. This company were professional and straight from the beginning plus efficient, good communicators and very pleasant people to deal with. I sold my house at a difficult time at the correct price and I highly recommend this company.

Excellent professional service facilitated a smooth sale

I recently sold a 3 bedroom house on the Rookfield Estate through the Prickett & Ellis Park Road office. From start to finish, I received a very professional, and personable, service from my agent, Linda Leite. Despite the usual hiccups (which happen with any house sale), the sale went through pretty smoothly, partly due to Linda's efforts to keep things on track particularly when other professionals were dragging their feet! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this agent.
