Excellent

Liam was very professional, efficient and personable, helping us to sort out several of the trickier points and making sure that everyone stayed on good terms through the stressful soliciting stage. Having interacted with several other estate agents in the area, I would say that Prickett and Ellis are by far the best in terms of customer service. Many thanks!

A friendly, effective agent

Linda, and later Chris, worked hard to match us with a suitable buyer and to bring the sale to a successful conclusion. One thing: we could have been given a better understanding of the position those making offers were in.

Extremely Efficient

You really do do what it says on the packet Linda. You make personal relationships very quickly and effectively (even though we haven't met you - yet), you engender trust (so vitally important), you are extremely efficient.

Many people recount how stressful buying and selling houses can be, and it's true - it is. But all we want to say is that you and everyone we have come across at Prickett and Ellis have done your utmost to make it as stress free as possible. And you have succeeded. So thank you very very much indeed.

Outstanding service, would highly recommend

Prickett and Ellis provided an outstanding service from when we first instructed them to sell our property all the way through to completion. Chris was always available to answer any queries and more importantly acted as a proactive intermediary between all parties in the lead up to exchange. I would not hesitate recommending the agency to my friends and family. Excellent service all round from the whole team.

Marvellous Commitment

It was through Prickett & Ellis that we originally bought our house in Muswell Hill and the good experience we had as buyers led us to instruct them when we came to sell over twenty years later. It was an excellent decision, as they have helped us to secure a very acceptable price in one of the most challenging markets of recent years.

We shall always remember the marvellous commitment, energy and support that Christian, Linda and Liam showed throughout the marketing and sale process. We were particularly pleased with the vivid and appealing description of the property, and the superb photographs accompanying it.

Pleased with the outcome

Reference the sale of our house in N10 we would like to thank-you for your efforts and assistance.

When we agreed to work with Prickett and Ellis I explained that having had a good buying experience with you a few years back we were looking for you to act in that same professional manner when selling our house, which is exactly what we experienced.

Plenty of viewings and in an interesting market and we`re pleased with the outcome.

Communication was good, marketing seemed to be extensive and your knowledge of the local area and your prospective buyer contacts proved to be very useful.

Thanks again, pass our thanks on to Liam too for his good work.
