Veronica was both professional and personable in dealing with a range of issues in a thoroughly efficient manner. There was a measure of discretion and empathy required to facilitate a difficult probate sale and Veronica was expert in finding the right note!

Very good service with friendly staff

Veronica was extremely helpful and transparent in terms of what could and couldn't be done so I immediately felt like I could trust her to help me with the house purchase from the beginning. She was also extremely accommodating with viewings and fitted me in always at a time to suit me. During the buying process she kept me informed every step of the way and was so on top of the situation and really pushed for things to be done with the other agents and vendors and I think it is purely down to her that I managed to get my dream house and I am very grateful! Thank you!

Veronica was excellent throughout the process of buying our first home. She patiently and kindly explained all the steps and stayed in close contact from start to finish. An Excellent Service

Veronica Grey gave us an excellent service.
Veronica has an extremely professional yet friendly manner.
She explained the procedure of selling in the current market and the reasons for her valuation in a way that made a lot of sense and so we felt able to trust her judgement.
As it turned out, she was absolutely spot on and sold our property very quickly and efficiently. She also kept in touch with all parties when necessary.
We would like to thank Veronica and all the staff at Prickett and Ellis for their efficiency.
