Exceptional service
Nothing was too much trouble. Questions answered quickly and efficiently when I purchased a buy to let apartment. Sam has been friendly and professional in now helping us to find a new home and valuation on our current one. Excellent service, thank you.

I would like to thank Tim Cattini and his team at Guy Leonard Estate Agents for their help in finding us a dream home. Tim and his team always delivered whatever they said they were going to in an extremely professional and efficient way. Extremely Efficient
Our experience of retaining GL & Co to sell our property surpassed all our expectations. We put our house on the market at a time of year when the market was very quiet but, just before Christmas and during the New Year they managed to secure a number of viewings, around 30 in all, after which we accepted an offer with no chain in the February. That meant we were able to arrange a move during early summer which was perfect for all concerned. The advice we were given was always positive and turned out to be the right advice. We were constantly kept abreast of market conditions. Someone from GL & Co was always in attendance during viewings, unless some buyers wished to come on Sundays or evenings which we were happy to manage ourselves. They were extremely efficient in obtaining feedback after the viewing took place. Their service was second to none. We never had to chase, we received regular updates, almost daily, and we were always given plenty of notice before viewings took place at our convenience; particularly important with children and dogs! We would recommend GL & Co to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Friendly and Professional
We were delighted with the service receive by Guy Leonard both in selling our property and finding us our new home. The staff were both friendly and professional and very hands on in helping us progress the transaction. I would highly recommend them.

Very Grateful to GL & Co
We recently bought our house through GL&Co and we are so grateful to them for their part in it all. We had various issues in the chain along the way but from start to finish GL&Co were always available for help and advice and we very good at reassuring us that it was all normal. They were instrumental in the process and we now have our forever home.

Professional and approachable
As a property developer, it is vital we have a professional and efficient sales process when dealing with estate agents. We had a development in Medstead, Hampshire. The purchaser had a property in Warnham, which we part exchanged.
When we deal with a part exchange, we want to turn the transaction around as soon as possible, which Tim Cattini took as a challenge.
Tim Cattini and his team in Horsham, not only worked very hard on achieving a buyer, but kept in touch with me on a weekly, daily basis keeping me updated on the transaction, from offers, to exchange of contracts and completion.
As we are not local, Tim visited the house weekly to make sure the house was well presented and safe.
This was the most expensive part exchange Crayfern Homes had dealt with, and having dealt with many estate agents Guy Leonard are professional, approachable and we will definitely use Guy Leonard again, if the occasion arises.
