excellent service throughout the whole process

Having recently sold our house through Guy Leonard Horsham I can highly recommend Tim and the team as they offered an excellent service throughout the whole process. Having had some less than satisfactory estate agent experiences in the past, it would be fair to say I was sceptical at the start. However, the Guy Leonard team soon gave us confidence by ensuring clear, timely and completely open communication which meant we were all aligned on what was happening and any decisions that needed to be made. If there was good news we were told, and importantly, if there was some bad news (inevitable when selling/buying a house) , we were equally told immediately along with practical solutions and next steps. It’s never easy selling a property but in a challenging market Guy Leonard gave us a first class service and I would happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional, honest, client orientated estate agent service.

First Class Service

I was on the market with one of the corporate agencies who promised the earth and delivered absolutely nothing in the way of viewings or feedback. A client of mine recommended Tim and his team at the Horsham branch as they had recently sold through them.

The change of attitude and proactivness was a breath of fresh air and my property was under offer within weeks, both Tim and Jen kept in touch throughout the transaction with the exchange following shortly after.

I can without hesitation recommend GL and Co to anyone thinking of a move.

Helpful and excellent service

I purchased through Tim and the team at GL and Co Horsham branch. Throughout the sale they all helped at every point. Very informative and kept everyone calm to make sure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend them.

Guy Leonard are an excellent agent, polite, highly professional, well experienced and with well trained staff across the board. Five stars across the board and can't fault them, having sold four, high end luxury properties through them. Thank you Tim and the rest of Horsham team!

Brilliant service!

We cannot speak highly enough of Tim and his team. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication channels were brilliant. Our move involved a Quantum Homes new build purchase and the sale of our 5 bed home in north Horsham which were both handled by these Horsham agents. Even with such a short chain the process took longer than anticipated due to things beyond our control and Tim Cattini, who was our middleman for both sale and purchase, had to call on all his expert negotiation skills to keep things going to a successful conculsion. Tim, Sam and Jen were so helpful and attentive. We truly believe that it is down to Tim's efforts that we have managed to move into our wonderful new home in time for Christmas. We definitely would use GL again if we do another house move and have no hesitation to recommend on.

A very genuine Estate agents

Our home was a difficult house to value as it was a one off in the area. Unlike some agents who valued it i.e. by size and no of bedrooms, G L saw it for its individuality and marketed it to get the best price for us rather than taking the easy option. They always took time to talk and advise and return our calls. It was clear that they wanted to make sure we got the best price for our home and not just that they got a sale. We are very appreciate there effort and highly recommend them.

Job done!

My house sold on the first open day!! Sam was great from the outset, very professional, and not pushy at all. He took on board what we had to say, as we did him. Perfect balance of being there when needed, but not overdoing it and constantly checking in etc. He helped put perspective on things when it started to get a bit stressful! I would highly recommend.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

The whole process of selling a house using GL&Co was excellent throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending the firm and Sam Ellis in particular to anybody. At all times they were very pleasant, considerate, thorough, responsive, professional and most informative, and they operated as a great team to accomplish the sale. They also had great patience and always made time available to explain & answer the questions of process which arose during the proceedings. At the same time, they always kept us thoroughly informed of developments and progress. Full marks and grateful thanks to Sam and to the whole team at the Horsham office.

Fantastic Team

Sam is conscientious, professional and has a very approachable manner. We were impressed with his dedication to selling our property and were very pleased with the final outcome. We were kept informed at each stage of the selling process, never having to chase anything up and if Sam required clarification on any matters he was happy to seek advice from the branch manager, Tim. Great company would not hesitate recommending them. Many thanks!
