Very professional

We were not your customer in the sale, but the buyer. Throughout the process the level of professionalism was excellent concerning what had to happen and when.

The house we were buying was a new single house build, so we needed and got access to the actual seller, who was the builder, which helped us a lot to answer technical questions about the property.

Your agency is without question a benchmark practice based on
professionalism that I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending
to absolutely anyone who is either selling or be it in buying a property.

The attention to detail and thoughtfulness when finally handing over the
keys to a property purchaser must be truly unique, so very well done and
thank you all for making our purchase so pleasurable and easy.

SUCH AMAZING SERVICE

We have been fortunate enough to have dealt with Sawdye & Harris on our purchase and our sale. We cannot reccomend then highly enough. They made what was a very stressful time be as stress free and as smooth as possible. They went above and beyond, keeping us updated and chasing solicitors. We would wholeheartedly reccomend them as an estate agent.

Very professional service

We were very pleased with the service provided. Jade kept us informed at every stage of the house purchase and even chased up our solicitor at regular intervals to keep things on track. Jade was also very helpful in arranging access for viewings and for contractors, which was great as we both work full time. We would certainly recommend Sawdye & Harris. Thank you very much for all your help.
