Excellent Service

I would like to thank the staff at Castles for their brilliant help and support throughout my buying experience. They were very polite, helpful and kept me fully informed. Would definitely recommend Castles.
I'm looking forward to starting my new life in Crondall.

Excellent Service and Realistic Valuation.

Excellent staff, who kept me constantly informed of the sale progress.
Impressed with the "Seller Login" page, where I could follow the online viewings and hits from the Castles site and others such as Rightmove etc.
I wouild like to add that previous to the sale, I had rented the house out through Castles, and the quality of Tenants and service provided was excellent.
Overall extremely pleased and would reccommend Castles.

Thank you! Castles you sold our home in a week.

Extremely pleased, I found the Castles staff, extremely helpful, efficient, and polite. All our questions were answered. You definitely feel you are in good hands, we were looked after, any worries we had were sorted. Even though we had Bridges on the phone trying to poach us away in a very Indignified manner, slating Castles in an unprofessional way, the staff at Castles remained professional and calm. Well Done to Castles.

Superlative - would thoroughly recommend !!!

Castles were professional and courteous at all times with an amazing knowledge of the local housing market and the needs of both the landlord and the tenant. The service they provided was fast and efficient so no money was lost in void periods. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting a professional estate agent with a personal touch. And a special thank you to Kelly!

Great service.

Service has been smooth and hassle free all the way through. Kelly always goes the extra mile for us. After hearing some horror stories we were worried that being a landlord would be hard work but the team have taken this massive pressure off for us. Would rccomend to anyone thinking of renting out a property.

Great service

Great experience purchasing through Castles. We were kept informed by Sophie at all times with regards to the progress of the chain. She was incredibly professional and always very friendly. I would highly recommend dealing with Castles.
