Highly recommend

We had a great experience with Shepards Estate Agents throughout our home move. They were extremely responsive and always on hand to help with any requests or questions we had. Communication was clear and consistent, which made the whole process far less stressful. We felt well supported from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving home.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

I’ve had a genuinely great experience selling my flat in Hertford with this team. From start to finish, they kept me fully informed and always made sure I understood what was happening at each stage of the process.

Whenever I needed advice, it was there — clear, honest, and practical. The whole team has been polite, friendly, and easy to deal with, which made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

There were a few bumps along the way (none of which were down to Shepherd estate agent), but everything was handled calmly and professionally, and I felt well supported throughout.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for more and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Smooth and easy process with great communication

David and his team really looked after me and my house for the duration of the sale process. They liaised with my legal team to create a seamless sales process that met everyone's needs.

Recently completed on my house purchase with Shepherds and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Michael was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and was extremely efficient, proactive, and supportive in every aspect of the purchase. Great service - recommended.

We had a very good experience selling our property through Shepherds. This is the third time we've used them over many years and they have always been excellent. Their comms was very good, they were proactive and they made the whole process as stress free as possible. Michael kept us in the loop all the way. A special mention for Peter - as a photographer, I really appreciated the images he produced to show the best of our house.

Michael Is Fantastic

Michael from Shepherds was perfect from start to finish of our selling and buying process. His communication was fantastic, going above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. Cannot recommend him and Shepherds highly enough.

Shepherds estate agents

A big thank you to David and Peter at Shepherds for the most efficient and timely sale of my property. I believed the buyers expectations to be somewhat unrealistic but Shepherds were able to assist in ensuring the sale was completed within the desired window. Thank you

Classy experience

I almost exclusively engaged with David at Shepherds in the purchase of our house. It’s was a classy experience, David was down to earth but oozed experience and know how. Despite not being our vendor, I felt comfortable laying my cards on the table and explaining our situations and thought processes and most importantly, I trusted them

Would recommend and consider selling my house with shepherd in future (if needed)
