Would absolutely recommend

Could not recommend Shepherds enough! They were friendly, professional, gave great advice, and ultimately secured me a straightforward, hassle-free sale. At every stage, they were brilliant, from marketing the property superbly, through to guiding it through the sale process. Essentially if you're looking for an excellent local estate agent, go to Shepherds.

Exceptional

Wow what a great company to work with.
Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent team of staff.
Every prospective client was shown around by a member of staff which
was a great help especially if we were working or away.
I would definitely recommend David and his team if you are thinking of moving.

Shepherds have sold 3 properties over a number of years. All three properties were sold very quickly.
Shepherds were very pro - active in communications between myself and buyer and buyers solicitors.
Excellent at keeping me informed of progress.
Very friendly service

Exceptional

Shepherds recently sold my house on Foxholes and my dealings with the Company, and specifically Michael de Baisi, were superb. His communication was always prompt and informative and he went the extra mile to ensure a smooth and speedy completion. I never knew selling a house could be so easy. Many thanks

Stellar Service

An absolutely stellar service from Shepherds from start to finish. Far superior to the other estate agents I have used as part of my search for my new home. My contact was Peter Bluffield and he was very friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make sure the deal was done. I highly recommend and will use them again if I ever buy or sell a property in the future! Very happy with my new home and can't rate Peter and Shepherds highly enough.

Very Professional

David and Peter at Shepherds of Hertford were very professional and understanding of our situation right from the start. We felt very fortunate to have them as part of our selling process. We would certainly not hesitate at recommending them to any future sellers or purchasers.

Amazing!

was extremely impressed with the service I received from Shepherds. Despite the obstacles I faced, they supported me throughout the entire purchase process and truly made it possible. Peter and David were exceptional, always going above and beyond. I cannot recommend Shepherds highly enough—professional, dedicated, and simply outstanding!
