Shepherds have sold 3 properties over a number of years. All three properties were sold very quickly.
Shepherds were very pro - active in communications between myself and buyer and buyers solicitors.
Excellent at keeping me informed of progress.

Exceptional

Shepherds recently sold my house on Foxholes and my dealings with the Company, and specifically Michael de Baisi, were superb. His communication was always prompt and informative and he went the extra mile to ensure a smooth and speedy completion. I never knew selling a house could be so easy. Many thanks

Stellar Service

An absolutely stellar service from Shepherds from start to finish. Far superior to the other estate agents I have used as part of my search for my new home. My contact was Peter Bluffield and he was very friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make sure the deal was done. I highly recommend and will use them again if I ever buy or sell a property in the future! Very happy with my new home and can't rate Peter and Shepherds highly enough.

Very Professional

David and Peter at Shepherds of Hertford were very professional and understanding of our situation right from the start. We felt very fortunate to have them as part of our selling process. We would certainly not hesitate at recommending them to any future sellers or purchasers.

Amazing!

was extremely impressed with the service I received from Shepherds. Despite the obstacles I faced, they supported me throughout the entire purchase process and truly made it possible. Peter and David were exceptional, always going above and beyond. I cannot recommend Shepherds highly enough—professional, dedicated, and simply outstanding!

A great experience

Shepherds were excellent during our house purchase. David, Michael and the rest of the team were all extremely helpful, responsive and informative. They played a key role in helping us secure our property by acting fast and using their existing good relationship with the sellers. Their help and advice was very much appreciated.
