Above and beyond!

David and the team at Shepherds were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We used them to sell our house and they were also the agent for our new home's vendor, which made things easier in our situation.

David gave us excellent advice throughout the sales process and kept us fully updated on everything that was happening across the chain. He went above and beyond to ensure responses were provided promptly and went out of his way to get extra info, to see queries resolved, essentially making a potentially stressful process far less stressful.

It's one thing to get an agent who can successfully market and sell your house but they also have a role to play in ensuring the sale completes and that's where David and the team really excelled. Their experience and understanding made a positive difference to the process and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them, you'd be crazy not to use Shepherds!

Very pleasant experience

Huge thanks to Shepherds for all of their help and efforts throughout the process of buying our first property. Peter was always at the end of the phone to discuss any questions we had and always understanding when there were setbacks. Shepherds were excellent at maintaining the middle ground between seller and buyer. We felt that Peter was considerate of both parties and worked for the best interests of both sides. Shepherds are a small team that worked together to support us - David ensured we made it through to exchange with as few hurdles as possible, considering the delicacy of this process. We are so grateful for the guidance we received and would highly recommend Shepherds to anyone in need. Thanks again!

Shepherds worked hard to introduce buyers and got my sale done. I was kept informed at every stage and felt they chased to get the deal done and overcome the minor obstacles that arose.

Lovely helpful team

Shepherds were great when we bought our house recently - answered all my many questions and kept me regularly updated in a somewhat long and frustrating chain with lots of issues. Would highly recommend

Brilliant Service

I can’t recommend David and his team at Shepherds highly enough
They dealt with a purchase for me and also recently the sale of another property
They achieved a sale very quickly and professionally dealt with the odd issue throughout the process, nothing is too much trouble
I was very happy with everything so if you’re looking for an estate agents in Hertford choose Shepherds!

Fantastic from start to finish

From start to finish, the Shepherds team were fantastic - I really do appreciate the help you all gave me through this process. It can be a very stressful experience but when you have an estate agent and solicitor as good as I did, it makes the whole process so much easier and stress free.

Very professional

We were extremely happy with our recent experience. The staff were professional and courteous at all times. We greatly appreciated being updated regularly about the progress of the sale. We have no hesitation in recommending Shepherds.
