All the contractors attending have been professional, efficient and courteous. After years of poor service from previous landlords, this is a very nice change!

They have always had the highest level of professionalism, have great contractors and sort out my problems for me immediately and to a very high level. I highly recommend them if you are a landlord in the area. The staff are excellent and Hollie runs a great team.

The service we received from Winkworth Crystal Palace was superb and we could not have been any happier with it. Having had a poor experience with a different agent in a previous sales process, we know how very different the service can be! Jake’s expertise and knowledge of the market shone through and we particularly valued his honesty, candour and enthusiasm. He took a keen personal interest to give our sale the best possible start and maintained contact at key points in the process. Ollie was our day-to-day senior sales lead and he was very organised, friendly and worked hard behind the scenes to manage estate agents and others throughout the chain without putting any unnecessary burden or stress on us. He checked in regularly to give us updates for reassurance, even when there was little to report, and was warm and sensitive throughout the process.

Jake, Ollie and Winkworth Crystal Palace estate agents were worth every penny in our eyes! Thank you ever so much, Tanya and Ross
