The property management team ( Ursula and Esmee) are fantastic and a pleasure to deal with!

They are extremely professional and always send works orders over with great detail, making our jobs much easier to arrange the correct members of our team to attend.

Ursula and Esmee are always available to speak to if there are ever any issues and they work tirelessly for their tenants and landlords to get any issues sorted as quickly as possible. We have built a good working relationship with the property management team and long may it continue! If you need anything property related then look no further than Winkworth!!

As a contractor for Winkworth New Cross Gate, I have nothing but the highest respect and appreciation for Esmee working in Property Management. She is very attentive, supportive, diligent and always accommodating. Reaching out to all parties to book in inspections can be time consuming but Esmee is always there to take our stress away and make our lives easier.

The Property Management Team (Esmee and Ursula) are super responsive and on the ball. We as a contractor always send post summary out to all our clients and by far Esmee and Ursula are always executing these highlights and making sure everything is actioned and attended too

OneFive can't thank Esmee enough for all her support, she is a valuable member of the team and adds value to their services. Esmee is an asset to the business and even though they already have enough maintenance and property management issues to deal with they always make time and make sure all contractors are ok, happy and given the best support and attention.
