Thank you for all your support, perseverance and positivity over the sale of Flat 5. Due to circumstances beyond any of our control, it was a needlessly frustrating, long and stressful process, and we appreciated all that you did to try to fight for and defend our corner, move the transaction along, break deadlocks and keep us informed, and keep us from despairing completely. As you said we would, we got there in the end.

I have come upon Marc, while i was looking for flat to rent. The same day we contacted each other i have received few offers with flats. (Exactly what i was looking for) we set up a viewing of the property. In Just a week we have signed contract for rent. Marc is very professional, listening to all the needs (i needed desk being removed from the apartment). After our last meeting Marc reccommended me broadband and TV providers to go for as i never had any providers. He also let me know that if i need help with anything during my tenancy just to contact him. I can highly reccomend working with Marc.

Daniel was the listing agent for a home we rented in London. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful with the communication with the landlord, flexible to accommodate multiple viewings of the home, and overall a pleasure to work with. Daniel also made the experience very personal which made an otherwise stressful experience much easier. I would highly recommend Winkworth and specifically Daniel if you are planning a real estate transaction in London.

I was very fortunate to find Winkworth over 15 years ago to help me let out my two properties in London, when I moved away up north. They have been wonderful partners to work with, understanding my requirements, finding me great tenants and prompting me patiently to get my side of paperwork and things done (as I was juggling a full-time job with two babies (now teenagers!) close in age, their guidance and patience has always been appreciated).

Since the tax changes, I’d been toying with the idea of selling and their sales department showed wonderful professionalism as they talked me through market conditions and realistic prices, and then patiently said ‘no problem’ when I decided I wasn’t ready (a few times!) Then with the interest rate hikes, I finally made the decision and they were quick to match my properties with buyers - in one case the property didn’t even need marketing. They immediately knew which of their clients would be interested and were correct, which shows how well they understand their clients requirements. They also helped drive forward the sale process, often alerting me to things before my solicitor contacted me about them.

What really stood out for me though was that as my properties are small, they were actually very small fees for Winkworth , but you would never have guessed that with the kind of service I got from them - I always felt like a priority client in both lettings and sales; they were always on the ball (never a gap between tenants) offering impartial advice (whether or not a bit of paint was needed to freshen up the place) always proactive (chasing down both side solicitors to close out issues) - I never had to do any chasing myself - when an update from my solicitor wasn’t forthcoming, I just called Winkworth to find out what was going on.

I can’t recommend Winkworth highly enough - they really stand out from the rest. I used to use multiple agents in the beginning, but over the years realised there was no point, Winkworth simply gave the best service and at the best price too. I have no doubt you’ll find the same!

We exchanged on a flat in Maida Vale on Friday last week. From first arranging the initial appointment to view the flat right up until we exchanged last week, Winkworth's Dominic Hallett has been nothing but professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. With a great team of solicitors, Dominic was very easy to collaborate with and it always felt like we were working towards the same shared goal. He was understanding and flexible where necessary, but always had his client's best interest at heart. I very much look forward to the next deal we are able to do together and highly recommend him to anyone else trying to buy a property.
