I got very quick response with helpful advice to me anytime I had a questions and something to check and inquire. I do believe that he have quite good relationship with landlord and, on the other hand, he is so kind and helpful for tenant as well.

I have bought & sold 237 properties over the last 29 years, dealing with a staggering 71 different estate agencies (both inside & outside London). I initially instructed Winkworths to sell 3 of my flats in St Johns Wood & was assigned to Gemma Currie. Despite her limitless energy & cheerfulness, I was somewhat dubious, assuming her youthfulness would also mean limited experience.
However, to my pleasant surprise, Gemma found me buyers very quickly. Unfortunately, the buyer on 1 of my flats turned out to be one of the most difficult, demanding, unreasonable, high maintenance buyers I've had, in many years.
However, Gemma's patience, unflappable calmness & her Chess-like moves & strategy won the day.
I'm still in a state of shock that anyone (especially in their 20's) can have such a remarkable capacity for solving complex problems, so quickly & effortlessly.
I have already asked Winkworths if they can help me with the sale of 19 of my other flats in Clapham & Woolwich.
So, we should stop comparing estate agency fees (in isolation) & start looking at the brains & work ethic of those on the front line.
Specifically, does this agent have the wisdom to out-think & counter every problem we will have, during the Sales process. In other words, do they inhabit the highly rarefied atmosphere of the Top 1% of Londons estate agents ? In Gemma's case, the answer is Yes !

In record time, Daniel helped us find the ideal flat for our growing family. In addition to being friendly and prompt, he had an impressive amount of knowledge about the neighborhoods and buildings we were interested in and is clearly very seasoned in his role. Wasting no time, he only sent/showed us listings relevant to our search criteria and was communicative and responsive regarding all our questions. Once we did find our home, he made sure the process from then onwards was as swift as possible. We are so grateful for his guidance and expertise!

Overall my dealings with the branch were okay selling my flat and viewings as a buyer. However, my dealings with Dominic Hallett as a buyer were exceptional. He is very professional and went out of his way to bring all the parties together to make the purchase happen. It’s difficult to find a nice flat in SJW on a limited budget.
