Vithu is an extremely professional and experienced negotiator - he is at the top of his game. He is committed to his clients and works towards a win-win for all parties. We approached Winkworths Harrow initially in February 2022 but the transaction fell through a few times due to the fragile state of the property market. Vithu successfully negotiated a new sale, resulting in a higher offer than previous. He worked passionately and tirelessly for us during the entire process and he did not shy from telling us how to navigate some difficult conversations. We appreciated his honesty and integrity, and at all times, staying positive and hopeful.

Vithu is an asset to Winkworths Harrow and is truly deserving of special commendation. With our deepest appreciation Vithu - I look forward to working with you again in the future, albeit on a less complex transaction :)
