We used the Winkworth West Norwood team (Alex, Sarah and Emma) to sell our house and they were fantastic from start to finish. They are by far the best estate agents we've used or come across. They are knowledgeable, experienced and organized, with great communication, professionalism and sound advice. They are also incredibly friendly. They make the process of selling or buying a house so much easier. We also bought our house through the Winkworth West Norwood. They are just as great when buying as when selling. We could not recommend them more.

Just great. The whole team contributed to what was not a straightforward sale with plenty of bumps (not of their making) along the way. I had previously been with another agent and only had a very few viewings. Once with Emma, Sarah and Alex, I had loads of viewings and, when that sale fell through, more potential buyers. The team were incredibly supportive when that sale took a long time to complete. But, thanks to them and their skilful handling of the transaction, I’m now happily settled in my new home. I can’t thank them enough.

This is the second time I have used Winkworth to help sell my home, and have been highly impressed yet again. Alex, Emma and Sarah at the team at West Norwood branch have been incredibly helpful, friendly and professional and have enabled me to sell my house in record time and for a sale price that is the best I could have hoped for. The team went above and beyond to create a bespoke listing with top photography, that really sold the unique benefits of what it had to offer. They are highly knowledgeable about the local area and provided me with helpful personal guidance on a number of occasions, steering me through many challenges, and even going so far as to personally recommend a builder to renovate the house I went on to purchase. The builder has turned out to be excellent. I couldn't be happier with how my house sale / and subsequent house purchase has gone, which is thanks in large part to Winkworth's help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
