We chose Winkworth to handle the sale of our Wandsworth property after considering, contacting and meeting a selection of Putney-based estate agents. Winkworth (in the person of Russell White) were a clear winner in this selection process, for both the frankness and speed of the replies we initially received, and confirmed after meeting a number of the local agents. Russell knows the area and market well. His guidance, realistic valuation and shrewd assessment of the market have led to a successful sale. He has also shown himself to be an excellent negotiator and deal maker in salvaging our sale from an unexpected complication.

Russell White has a great reputation for a reason. He leads a marvellous team with integrity and experience. His knowledge of his particular market is not to be bested by anyone. We were impressed by his tenacity and he gave us wise advice at every stage. We cannot thank him enough for getting what was a long drawn out process ( through no fault of Winkworth!) over the line. I live in Ireland and own a property in London and Winkworth are the best letting agency I have dealt with so far - I was recommended them from a friend who lives in the area. From the moment I made contact I just knew they would handle everything professionally and competently. They were very thorough. Elle was super - she really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make everything work to take the pressure away. Her communication was awesome and nothing was any trouble to her - it was all seamless -she works hard and is genuinely interested in addressing every need. I would highly recommend Winkworth who are genuine and transparent to anyone letting out their property - and thank you so much Elle - I intend to stay with Winkworth for the long term !
