The last year has been difficult for the property market but they always continued with viewings.

We were communicating frequently at every step along the way, and did not feel shy or silly to ask anything we were unsure of. As the point of contact between ourselves and the vendors, Kyle very much ensured clear and easy communication and was happy to find out additional information and give us honest and open advice.

Although we put the house on the market rather late, end of October, we still managed to get about 60 viewings within a month and at the beginning of December we had several offers. So it's up to the solicitors now. The whole process went very smoothly so far thanks to Kyle Young, who is dealing with the sale of my property. A very professional agent who's on top of things. A big thanks from a competitor agent. We were involved in a chain with these guys A chain that at the eleventh hour broke down - it was no ones fault - these things happen.
