I have used Winkworth Blackheath for over 10 years and have always been extremely impressed with their service. They initially managed the letting of my rental flat and, more recently, handled the sale of the property.

Throughout those years, they have consistently been professional, responsive, friendly and incredibly helpful, and have managed any repairs swiftly and efficiently. Their rates are also very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth Blackheath to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

Winkworth Blackheath - We chose them as sole agent because they listened and followed up on what we said better than other agents we talked with, i.e there were less misunderstandings from the start; because their phone system was more personable (i.e. real people pick up the phone, and you often get the same person, or if not then, another person who knows who you are).
Getting the sale across the finish line was not easy but Patrick really is like a (very polite) dog with a bone.
Patrick, Becca, Tom, Nicola, Alex, Lucy, Carly, all worked so well as a team and I don't say this lightly.
We are grateful for their hard work and recommend the whole team!

I purchased a flat through Winkworths as a buy to let approx. 7 months ago. Winkworth's were already familiar with the property so I decided to use them as letting agents. So far I've been very impressed with the service I've received. I've already had two tenants (the initial tenants had to move out at short notice due to a job change), new tenants were found quickly and moved in a couple of weeks after the original tenants moved out. The transition has been very smooth and trouble free. A refund was provided for the shortfall in the contract term with no hassle. The team; Keira, Arrun & Alison have been delightful to deal with. They are all very effective communicators, efficient and approachable......it has never been a problem to run through things with them before making a decision. Blackheath, you have a great team! Thank you.

The Blackheath team were absolutely fantastic to work with, they were able to get us an offer within 4 weeks of putting our home on the market. Tom Wilcox was extremely conscious of the fact that we have a young family and created open days rather than daily viewings. His colleague Patrick Delvin did a fantastic job support the post-offer to completion process, bringing together solicitors across the chain to make sure we were able to move as planned. Becca, Alex, Patrick and the whole team at Winkworth Blackheath were a pleasure to work with. Selling our home wasn't straightforward, but they stayed positive, kept us informed and were proactive throughout. We always felt they were doing everything they could to keep the sale moving.
Buying our new home was just as challenging. It was a very competitive purchase and, at times, it didn't feel like it was going to happen, but Becca helped us get the deal over the line. Then came the conveyancing, where we found ourselves in a long and complicated chain. Patrick was outstanding throughout. He was calm, professional and incredibly supportive, always keeping us updated, following things up when needed and helping us navigate what could have been a very stressful process. Having someone so steady and reassuring made a real difference.
We're very grateful to the whole team for all their hard work and support. We'd happily recommend Winkworth Blackheath to anyone looking for an estate agent who is professional, responsive and genuinely easy to work with.

Having tried several estate agents. We settled on Winkworths. They have been professional throughout whilst my house was up for sale and keep us up to date which is something we had found other estate agents seemed unable to do. Finding a buyer took time but we had every confidence in the help we got and the feedback provided. I would throughly recommend using them again.
