Twenty six years ago I appointed Winkworth to manage my first property. Since then they have managed a further four properties, two of which I bought through them and all four they have sold for me.

I can’t thank the Letting and Sales teams enough for the incredible service they have provided over the years. Professional, friendly, highly knowledgable and customer focussed. Please pass on my heart felt thanks to everyone who has helped ease the “burden” of being a landlord!!

The Blackheath team was great from start to finish. Maisie was very accommodating to ensure viewings and suggestions, offered excellent insight/ advice and quick to respond including recommending solicitors and survey when our offer was accepted. Patrick kept the process - a five point chain on track with excellent follow up and communication - and remained calm as different pressures emerged. Absolutely would recommend!

Winkworth were really helpful during my property search. Arrun Padda was especially responsive to support the search over a number of weeks across a wide area. Arrun was flexible with time, showed high quality property listings to me, and was prompt to help communication with landlords. This stood out to me all while he maintained a relatable yet professional manner and I really appreciated his work. If I’m searching for properties again I’d be reassured to have Arrun’s help at Winkworth.

All of the sales team at Winkworth's Blackheath office were an absolute pleasure to deal with during the sale of our property. Particular praise must go to Maisie who just never let her enthusiasm wain throughout the whole time. Her guidance throughout was really appreciated. Nicola also got the final sale over the line with great aplomb, playing all the right moves at the right times as needed. Steve was also on hand whenever needed to ensure we were well looked after by his team. I can't praise all of you enough !! Tim
