It was most reassuring that Ian would ring pretty much every day just to let me know what was going on, progress or no progress. I really appreciated that he would call even though sometimes there wasn't much to tell me. It put my mind at rest and made me feel like I was dealing with a professional who actually cares about his clients and what he does for a living.

I also really liked that he would tell me exactly what was holding up the process e.g gas check, rather than just saying 'it's been held up'.
