We could not have asked for a better experience! We were buying our first home in the UK and as expats were unsure of the process, but Tom made it incredibly easy (and surprisingly fast given the horror stories we'd heard about buying property here). He found us the perfect property, was a proactive and fair advocate for both us and the seller and was always very open with communication. He went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible, all while keeping a smile on his face and being genuinely lovely to deal with throughout.

We instructed the Winkworth Tooting team to sell our flat as part of our recent house move. We found Charlie Mitchell and his team to be personable and proactive from start to finish, both in terms of arranging viewings of our flat and also showing us properties for our onward purchase.

As the transaction progressed we found the advice we received from Charlie to be constructive and pragmatic, and he was more than happy to take on additional responsibility following some changes to the Tooting team.

In a competitive market we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone based in Tooting/Wandsworth area.

As a first time buyer, and having been previously let down by another Estate Agents, I was very apprehensive about buying. However, once I met Thomas, this anxiety completely disappeared. He was extremely helpful, understanding, professional, knowledgeable on the local area, a great communicator and gave me great advice. Nothing was ever too big or small for Thomas and he always got back to me with the questions I had asked and explained everything in layman's terms - with a lot of patience for my questions too! At each stage, I really felt like he was with me with the excitement too. He has made my first time buying experience a brilliant one and I cannot thank him enough - I am forever grateful!

Nothing but good things to say about Thomas from the Wandsworth Branch. He was great from the first viewing to getting us to exchange. He was proactive, super responsive the whole time, managed our expectations really well throughout the journey and got all parties to hit the timelines. Buying a house is a very anxiety enducing experience but having someone who you can chat to easily and quickly on whatsapp rather than email was great.

If you are buying or selling a house with the wandsworth branch - highly highly recommend working with Thomas.
