I've been using Winkworth Tooting as my Letting agent, dealing with Sadaf Akbar, and I have nothing but praise on how they've handled any small issues that have come up in a timely and professional manner. In fact, I have just received a comprehensive mid-term tenancy report which gives me a good overview of areas were I can help my tenants - which gives me great confidence that nothing gets missed. They are proactive in reaching out, communicating efficiently and helping to fix issues. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Thomas Syms and Winkworth Tooting to anyone looking to buy or sell. As first time buyers, it was nice to have someone offer friendly advice and understand our perspective. Thomas was always quick to respond, book viewings and pass on messages to the sellers and/or tenants. This helped us exchange in just over 3 months - a bonus for us and the sellers. Thomas was positive, a clear communicator and incredibly helpful throughout. Thank you Thomas and Winkworth!

Thomas Syms was excellent throughout the process and I'd highly recommend him. He was quick to respond and offered helpful advice - a big plus since we were first time buyers. Thomas was flexible on viewings and had a good relationship with the sellers to get things done efficiently. His recommendations on other services were valuable too, specifically his mortgage brokers. He was a consumate professional and was very insightful about the whole process.

We had a great experience with Winkworth in selling our London flat in a very challenging time for property as a whole. As a company they provided the best service with the best attitude out of the agents we met with and for the lowest fee! Our main contact Thomas Syms really couldn't do enough for us, was super friendly and approachable and explained all the parts of the process in a down to earth way. He really went over and beyond to get the sale across the line!

This is my third transaction through Winkworth and every time they raise the bar - of all the many estate agent experiences I've had in my life this was by far the best. Thomas really took the time to understand the USPs of the property I was selling, made sure the listing was optimal and rapidly secured a high quality buyer. The unfortunate Truss/Kwarteng mini-budget made things slower and more complicated but he navigated the disruption fantastically well and delivered a great result for everyone. Very easy to deal with, fast, efficient and gets results.
